Visa
The Malaysian Gov does not allow student Visa stamping outside Malaysia, therefore the student
shall have to travel to Malaysia on a tourist Visa. On arrival at the University, the International student Card shall be issued to the student and the passport taken for stamping of the student visa by the University authorities.
Upon submitting the application candidates are also required to submit a copy of their passport. Original passports would only be required for authentication. The embassy has the reserve right for asking any other authentication. Incomplete applications would not be accepted. Visa processing depends upon the nationality of the candidate. All regulations consular fees or services are subject to change without any prior notice.

Documents Required
·         Valid Passport
·         Two Passport size photograph (Black and White or Color)
·         Application Fee.
·         Two completed and Signed application forms.
·         Proof of Sufficient Funds
·         Yellow fever vaccination certificate for all visitors coming from infected areas as listed by WHO
·         Letter of introduction from college or university

Work

Malaysia’s law allows holders of student pass or permit to work while studying. This enables students to supplement their living and earn extra pocket money for travelling and leisure activities. Students are allowed to work part-time for a maximum of 20 hours per week.
